Becoming a certified personal trainer gives you the power to take control of your life and your schedule. As a personal trainer, you'll work with clients to assess their strengths and weaknesses and then design an exercise program to improve their physical fitness. You'll motivate clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability. You'll instruct them in the proper technique for exercises, and educate clients in other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition.
